DigiMesh Network
DigiMesh is a network protocol designed for cryptograhpically secure immutable data collection for IOT device control networks.
Built on an extensible framework to cater to geographically dispersed, meshed IOT and industrial devices with an objective of regulatory data compliance via integration with blockchain smart contracts.
It is envisaged to develop an incentivised network participation rewards scheme (tokenomics) to form the basis of transacting on the network via the underlying DigiMesh protocols’ geographically dispersed validator model.
The Goal of DigiMesh
The goal of DigiMesh is to enable users, regardless of their technical background, to easily configure signals for monitoring or control. With minimal systems engineering knowledge, users can connect and authorize a funded wallet to securely make data available to their web client. This web client, authorized via the Web3 wallet address, can inspect and control the data, ensuring secure and user-friendly IoT communications.
Industrial Infrustructure
DigiMesh significantly reduces infrastructure and operations maintenance costs while overcoming the technical skills barriers that typically hinder the commissioning and maintenance of industrial communications for critical infrastructure. Traditional industrial systems require several dedicated engineering disciplines and expertise to commission and maintain (e.g., electrical and instrumentation, system integrators, systems engineers, network specialists, and support for applications such as OPC, PI, and proprietary SCADA systems). These specialist engineers and analysts make operational costs prohibitive for smaller operators.
Network Participation
Participating node operators can operate at low cost, receiving rewards for ensuring efficient backup and redundancy of the network. Our low-cost hardware partners are also making low-power, cost-effective solutions viable for even the smallest operators or home enthusiasts.
